The worst rental company I’ve ever dealt with. Despite a massive mold infestation and never actually moving in, Sharna will not refund our $3000 security deposit. I was apprehensive about the company from the start, but the way the mold situation was handled and them leaving me completely homeless, I quickly learned this company cannot be trusted. Always trust your gut if you have a bad feeling in the beginning. This condo in Mount Pleasant was on the market for months before we signed a lease, likely due to the same issue. If you want to live in a healthy and safe home, look elsewhere. This company takes advantage of tenants and doesn’t care about their safety. Negligent and gross!

I did a lot of research before deciding on a property management company….and REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INSTANT EQUITY is AMAZING!!! After talking with Chris, I knew his company was a good fit. Claire is very helpful and easy to work with. They have excellent communication skills. I appreciate the way they take care of my properties and tenants. Services are over the top. I highly recommend Real Property Management Instant Equity.

AVOID!! Not only is this company renting homes infested with mold, they’re extremely shady. Sharna continuously said there was no issue with the home, though mold was growing in EVERY room. She was very inconsiderate and withheld the results of the mold “testing” she claimed to do. I would avoid all properties managed by this company. They don’t care about their renters and are putting people’s health at risk.

Chris is one of the best property managers I have encountered in my life. He made my experience moving from another state to a house site unseen very smooth and easy. Very responsive and always on top of any issues. I would highly recommend Chris and RPM Instant Equity to any homeowners looking for a reputable manager as well as to any prospective tenants.
