Property had many damages and was not even clean before arriving. Owner doesn’t even answer the phone or communicate. The most unprofessional business owner I have ever met and that explains why he doesn’t do well.
I would never ever recommend Real Property Management to anyone renting in SLC. I lived in a portion of a duplex that was illegal - they had not gotten the proper permits/zoning, so the house was LEGALLY a single family home. I had to get the city involved because of the many issues with the apartment/duplex that were not getting resolved. The laundry room in the basement was not to code. The windows had no screens on them. The windows were not fully sealed from the outdoors and would let cold air inside. The last tenant had left trash (a couch, a mattress, open containers of motor oil, literal bags of trash...) that the renting company did not take care of until we sent images and requested it was taken care of. We were charged rent and a monthly utility bill - at the end of the lease we were then sent a large gas bill as well as a water bill. The $2,300+ that was paid for utilities, apparently, only covered sewer and electricity, leaving us to pay an extra $2,000 for water and gas bills. I have never EVER had such a negative renting experience, and the retaliation I experienced from Kyanna, the property manager, was immense. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not rent with Real Property Management SLC.
Great pm team! Kyanna is so sharp and attentive. They have done a fantastic job helping me optimize my investment portfolio. Highly recommend to anyone who owns investment properties
