After a challenging search for a long-term rental from a distance, I decided a short-term, fully furnished option would be the best fit. I was fortunate to find an ideal solution with RPM. They offered a perfect six-month, fully furnished rental that was also incredibly affordable, with utilities included. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit was located in the peaceful town of Santa Clara, and despite having neighbors, the area was exceptionally quiet. Any time an issue arose, I could simply call or submit a maintenance request online, and the team responded promptly. I was particularly impressed with their inspection process. Having rented before, I was surprised by the thoroughness, which focused on crucial issues like water leaks and major problems. This demonstrated their commitment to ensuring the property was well-maintained without being overly intrusive. It's an approach I would highly value as a property owner. The staff, especially Amy and Berkeley, were a pleasure to work with. They were consistently wonderful, taking the time to listen and being honest and transparent. The company as a whole was easy to work with, thanks in part to their convenient online portal for all communications and transactions. The move-in and move-out checklists were simple and clear, and I was pleased to receive my full security deposit back. My experience with RPM was overwhelmingly positive. I would confidently choose to work with them again. Furthermore, RPM will be my first choice when I begin the process of purchasing a property.

We engaged Real Property Management to manage a home we desired to rent rather than sell. They have been taking care of it now for abut 6 years, and they have done a great job. Their services included finding renters, collecting the rent payments, periodically inspecting the home, notifying us of needed repairs or maintenance, and then finding the companies to complete the needed repairs. Various members of their team would contact us when needed and were always very professional and responsive. We recently decided to sell the home and KayDee was exceptionally helpful in getting the home prepared and listed. She recommended and engaged the craftsmen needed, she was very helpful in advising us throughout the sell, and treated us very well in regards to the sales commissions. The home has now been sold. I have and will continue to highly recommend Real Property Management to those who are looking for a good property management company.
