Jo was not only willing and available to receive my complaints and concerns, but made me feel as if I was actually being heard and did so in a friendly and professional way. I’ve had issues with other management in the past that were ready to argue and justify poor management, this was not the case with Jo. If she was constrained in any way it was clear that she was willing to do the most she could, and I appreciated that a lot. She left me feeling confident in our ability to communicate and like I could do so freely without encumbering or bothering her.
