Convenient location and late hours. Only recommendations for improvement are keep your beverages in a fridge so they are cold. No one wants a warm drink especially in summer. Also the prices are higher than other dispensaries and no price matching available like other stores. I also suggest some of the clerks not be high everytime so the correct order is processed. Other than that, pretty good experience so far.

This is my first time here. The prices are comparable to the government store. What I do like is that the menu is simplified. You do not have to go through 400 different strains. Quick in and out. Staff are very friendly. It is a small store and even though it was not busy when it does get busy you might be waiting outside. Overall a good experience.

wow.. As a Owner of a dispensary myself I stopped in to check out the new location of Red Rock Cannabis, as I was familiar with the downtown Toronto location and have always had a great experience. This location in particular though I was astounded by the amount of knowledge from the manager Justin so much in fact that I wish I had someone like him to run my team, from his extensive knowledge of flower all the way through concentrates. Also amazed by the cleanliness, not to mention very organized with a great menu size. What surprised me the most was the great customer service it felt great to see such an attentive and helpful group of employees clearly ran by great management. overall amazing experience I will definitely be stopping by again. Thanks Justin & staff for such a amazing experience. If you are in the Harwood & Kingston Rd (Durham) are or Church & The Esplanade (Toronto) I would highly recommend stopping by.
