The rooms had a moldy smell to it. The sheets and pillow cases were dingy and dirty. The sheets had cigarette holes in them. The pillows was not comfortable. I would not recommend staying here not even for one night.

Stayed at this OYO hotel and left the SAME DAY because the room was straight-up triflin’. My husband and I got locked out yeah, locked out and instead of fixing it or showing any respect, they refused to give us a refund. Absolutely trash customer service. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs. Would NOT recommend to anyone looking for a decent stay.

The first room we got the sheets were stained and looked like they were peed on. The room smelled like weed. The shower curtain rod was falling off so went to the office they gave me another room which was a lil better than the first but still nasty. The sheets had cigarette burns on them and the shower curtain rod was falling off. Will not come back to this place ever. Good thing we had comforters and blankets cause that’s what we slept on. Didn’t want to touch the sheets so we put our comforters on the bed and covered ourselves with our own blankets

The Mead Rd location is vacant, yet the hotel hasn't updated their website, Google, nor third party booking sites. I am still waiting for a refund to be processed due to this error after 5 days! At the replacement location on Gwendale Ave, there were roaches! The headboard is non-existent and instead there is a painted square with wall trim glued to the edge simulating a headboard! The swimming pool looked like a pond it was so filthy! There are persons living in various rooms performing nefarious activities (drug use, prostitution, drug sales) with their room doors wide open for any passerby to witness! There was an ever-present smell of marijuana smoke coming through the walls, which themselves were dingy with filthy doors/trim. The floor was dusty. The toilet had a fungus ring in the bowl. There was no microwave nor coffee maker. Isn't that standard in all hotels?! On a positive note, the towels, mini-fridge, and sheets were clean. The guy in the office was polite and respectful.
