The property management team at Rentomatic has been fantastic to work with. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about both the property and the people involved. Communication is always clear, and any issues are handled efficiently. It’s been a smooth and stress-free experience thanks to their dedication and attention to detail.

Do not use this company to manage your property. I felt so bad for the home owners of the home I rented. There was a leak in the ceiling of basement bathroom due to the toilet upstairs, took over three months for the rental company to sent some one out, and when they did it was a no certified contractor who fixed it. They wouldn't have come out if I didn't keep demanding it. The house smelled horrible when I moved it, was really dirty, and the fire alarms were not up to code. Neighbors told me it was a drug home, which I was not aware of. Drawers didn't shut in the kitchen, bugs in the light fixtures. Always had problems with the management not being honest when I called to ask questions, pushed me off. When I moved out, I had the home in move in ready condition, and they charge me a deep cleaning fee as well as a carpet cleaning fee. There was no need, and I wasn't supplied with why they charged me this. Very dishonest. I do not recommend this rental company.

They are by far the worst property management company that I have ever experienced. They respond quickly before you sign a lease but they are really slow or never respond within a reasonable timeframe. Property owners.. stay away from this company. They appear to be cheaper on the management fees but they will cost you more for the long time since your tenants won't be happy. ... Update as of Oct 6, 2025. Rentomatic is the worst property management company. They don't even credit my rent paid although I shared my deposit receipt at their bank and the corresponding check transaction on my bank. I plan to take serious actions against this company. Stay far away from any rentals they manage!
