First time here and got a reflexology and dazzle pedicure! I loved both! From the receptionist warm welcome, advice on type of pedicure to my nail technician, Magda, it was an unforgettable relaxing experience! Couldn’t believe I took a much needed nap! I am so glad I found this space filled with separate areas for massages, nails, and relaxation. Can’t wait to return!

I went in for a facial, and the esthetician mentioned she was wearing a mask due to allergies. She then coughed in my face three separate times—leaving once for water, then a cough drop. After the third time, I got up, and she suggested we reschedule. I was shocked that a business claiming to serve immunocompromised clients would allow this. I was told the manager would call me, but she never did. When I followed up, her response was, “What do you want me to do?” Terrible experience, made worse by the lack of accountability.

I arrived at 4:00 PM for an appointment. It took her an hour and a half to remove my nail polish, and then because she didn't have time, she was rushing and made the nail polish ugly, wasn't nice at all, and when I told her there was dirt on the nail polish, she said , yes, that's how it turned out, I insisted that she will fix it so just made a prominent spot of color on it. The color was not uniform and the shape was not good. The day after that, one of my nails broke.. I've never seen anything like it in my life. I will never go back there. And I don't recommend it to you either. A shocking experience. She should be fired and the place closed if this is how they treat customers
