Kara's Reshape Midlife Retreat in Colorado Springs was an incredible experience. I met and bonded with a wonderful group of women and now have new friends! The activities and workshops were well-rounded, interesting, informative and just plain fun! We went hiking, attended excellent workshops, had daily meditation and yoga, spa treatments, free time to explore or rest. On top of all that, we had delicious breakfasts prepared by the innkeeper and fabulous dinners by Chef Jess in the beautiful guesthouse where we stayed. I can't recommend Kara's retreats enough! She puts so much thought and effort into every aspect and pays attention to every detail to ensure you have the time of your life!

The Reshape Midlife Retreat in Indio was amazing! The retreat house was beautiful with so much to do, or you could just relax and do nothing! Kara put so much work, love and care into planning the retreat, with no detail left unturned. She had clear communications before the retreat and was a great guide for our daily meditations, yoga and discussions. I left the retreat with new friends, feeling relaxed with new tools to move forward reshaping my midlife journey.

Kara uses different venues. This was the most fabulous by far in Cabo San Lucas. In addition to yoga sessions twice a day, she thinks of every detail. The food, by Jess, is always amazing. She has outings that are fun and adventurous. The lodging is always very nice. The place in Cabo topped every expectation I had. She is a very sweet, wise lady who knows yoga and never pressures you. We all move at our own speed. I can highly recommend anything Kara offers as far as yoga retreats.
