The highlight of the evening for me was the Parmigiana di Melanzane — rich, comforting, and perfectly balanced. The “San Marzano” tomato sauce was intensely flavourful, the smoked mozzarella added just the right depth, and the aged Parmigiano brought it all together. Every bite felt like a warm hug from a nonna in Campania. Every dish we tried was fresh and full of life, just like in Italy.
