I had a 230 pm appointment, and was asked to show up at 2 to fill out the new patient paperwork. I had the time, so I got into the office at 150, 10 minutes early. I filled out the paperwork and waited to be called back. Was a little late, but that happens at Doctor's offices all the time. I talked to a nurse in the room, then waited until 345; never once saw the doctor. As I was leaving, I explained I had to go , I do have a job. No sorry, no nothing about waiting and having never talked to the doctor. All I wanted was to renew my prescriptions as my previous doctor retired. I made another appointment, I'll have to take 1/2 day to do it and a kindle to help pass the time reading. I'm hoping to actually get something accomplished Thursday.

Where do I start!! I've been trying to get a certain medication called in for 3 months now and everytime I call Megan the front desk lady says well they are in clinics they probably won't get to it today because she doesn't want to go give the message I guess! Ok so now what, it's been 3 months?? Unacceptable! Even my pharmacy says they have problems with this clinic and getting them to do anything. When you go for an appointment I have to take off at least 2-3 hours just to get seen sometimes with no one in the waiting area, whats up with that?? Someone needs to take accountability for a this mess.
