We stayed there for a few months when it was City Motel before moving behind the barber shop. A decent room back then. Not the best, not the worst. Great place for parade watching. It's near a lovely park where July 4 festivities took place. Twice a year there's an arts & crafts show. The train can be annoying at 5am.

If the owner likes you, he'll give your own can of raid when you check in. Such a nice man. The springs that poke completely through the mattress aren't that bad.. you can sleep if you're a contortionist. Do not however try to put your air mattress on top as it will pop. Remember to cover the bathroom window as someone likes to peep. All in all an interesting experience. Oh and bring sheets and towels as the ones provided are not changed or washed.

It's not a good place & Never has been. But, if you can't afford anywhere else, at least it has a roof. But, comparatively speaking, roofs are overrated!

Great place. Its not the Hilton but it sure is a safe haven when u need one. The people are very kind and know what's up when there is a problem. Their located in such a awesome place too. Where all the action is from parades to the old bicycle shop 🍦, not to mention, how beautiful it is just walking down the street there.
