AVOID THIS PLACE!! You are wasting your time. If I could leave a one-star review, I would. Called multiple times - got left on hold before being hung up on. Then, when I finally did get through I was told they didnt have the doctor's schedule for the week or week after and would call me back. Never did. It's been 2 months!!! The service is non existent and the receptionists talk to you like theyre doing you a favor even picking up the phone.

Call with Dr on Monday who said they will send prescription to pharmacy which was not done. An additional 2 phone calls and 2 emails later and all they can say is that they told the Dr to resend the prescription but they don't know when he will do it. Waiting 48 hours+ for a prescription just to be sent to the pharmacy is ridiculous. Luckily it is not something that is required ASAP but worry for people who do need their medication quickly if they can't be bothered to send prescriptions over quickly and just ignore emails and dismiss patients when on the phone.

After first time meeting family doctor, the medicine proscription has not been sent to the pharmacy for more than half month. I went to the pharmacy 3 times to check, and emailed the Doctor. Dr said it's been sent. I went to pharmacy again, still not received yet. And pharmacy said they cannot contact clinic. My parents is almost out of pills! So I called clinic, the receptionist just told me, oh, they have missing information, so the proscription may not go through. I don't know why as a patient I need to look for problem for a clinic and pharmacy cannot fax each other. No one check if the proscription go through? Even after I emailed mentioned not received proscription, still no one check? I just called and had been told they will sent again. So I ask if you can call pharmacy making sure they received this time? They said no... What else I can say! Such a mass!
