RoofMaxx estimated my rejuvenation. After negotiations and veterans discount, the price was 2.5x greater than the next bid. They over estimated square footage by 30% and needed to re-submit the quote. Even after resubmission, the price was still 75% higher than the next bid. So, I canceled the project and requested a return of $750 of the required $1000 deposit. After 3 weeks, I’ve yet to get a return, they stopped responding to my request for payment. Behaving like some kind of scam: over-priced, required deposit, no refund of deposit (net of cancelation cost) after cancelation, and no response to inquiry of status. BTW….my roof looks great with the other service provider. Your response indicates you don’t have me in your system. Yet I have contacted you numerous times…and gave the credit card transaction from Oct 1st. I’ve made multiple calls and texts to Laura and Dean….with no response. Upon further review by the business owner Lynette. These issues were corrected. Lynette was very pleasant and concerned that a rather simple issue could be so broadly confused by her staff. All is good now, and trust perhaps a simple misunderstanding that was not well managed. Thank you Lynette for such easy response and corrective action

Jaiden and Carter are very thorough polite young men. Jaiden went through the work process with me both days. I am very pleased with the service. I cannot comment on the product because I just had my roof done, but the cleaning of my roof and the work done to fix the screw pops and flashing were accomplished. I will write further reviews about the product once I see how well it maintains the life of my roof!

My wife and I are extremely pleased. The experience was great from start to finish. No sales pressure and Chandler told us up front the discounts we could get. He didn't do the typical "start high then keep coming up with options to lower the price until they get to one you can afford." Everyone was on time or a bit early. We had the sales appointment on Monday evening and the job was complete by Thursday evening, which included a rain delay. All the techs were friendly and very professional. They did some repairs to the roof and replaced some damaged shingles before they cleaned the roof and applied the treatment. Our roof is 30 years old and was dark and dingy. It even had some moss growing between shingles. Now it looks like new, and at a fourth of the cost of a traditional roof job. Thank you team for making this a very pleasant experience and saving us a ton of money, that we now have available to do other home improvement projects. We will definitely be recommending Roof Maxx.

Wow! Jaiden and Carter were so professional. They came out and got right to work. I was really impressed. My roof looks amazing, it looks like new. The cleaning process removed all the moss. I have to say the whole experience was truly nice.
