We had several bids before we had the work done, and the initial bid from Roof One was right in the middle with the other bids. However, that's where the similarity ended. Every step of the way they were in contact with us, and addressed every concern along the way. Every project has unexpected twists and ours was no exception. Each time I braced for a big blow, only to discover the change was both necessary AND reasonable. Nobody was out to pad the contract with huge expenses. When it was all done we had a new roof with a lifetime transferable warranty, new facia, new gutters and trim, and a brand new outlook on our loving home. When we found out they do windows and siding too, we promised we'd be back! This is no fly-by-night or up-and-coming roofer trying to get rich off your backside. They answered every question, took every step, and corrected every single problem. Different people follow up to make sure the process is smooth and is done professionally and correctly. Multiple eyes and ears on the project at different times. The roof looks amazing, and we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone who asks. SO glad we used them. Thank you, Roof One, for an amazing job. You'll be hearing from us again very soon!

Very disappointed. We have had nothing but problems since the roof/gutters were installed in 2022. We have had 3 leaks (in places that never experienced leaks prior to the installation) and we had to call 2x for problems with the gutters. The first leak ruined our living room ceiling (they had someone come out and "fix" the leak and repaint our ceiling) the 2nd leak was in our bathroom and was "fixed". Now there's been a 3rd leak that has ruined our living room ceiling for the 2nd time. We called to report the leak and someone allegedly came out and "sealed" the leak again. We asked when the ceiling was going to be repainted and we still haven't heard back from anyone and the leak happened on August 1st. Now every time it rains we worry about more leaks.

My experience with Roof 1 was excellent!! We had used R1 18 years ago and never had a problem! So we chose them for our new roofing. The workers were professional and worked very hard!! All promises were kept and I’m very glad we selected Roof 1!
