Royal LePage Formula 1

I have been dealing with Royal LePage for almost 2 years now. We rented for a year and it went smoothly. All of our needs were met whenever myself or my boyfriend called and we were reminded of important things before we purchased our house through Royal LePage. All of the staff are very polite and great to deal with. I would recommend this company to anyone, especially first time renters and house buyer! Great work everyone!

They started out really good but a couple months in to renting from them we spoke to the manager and she told us if we gave her a good review they’d make payment arrangements with us. Not only that but the room my daughter was in had mild everywhere, rain and snow always leaked into the house. We informed them of all the issues we were having and finally my husband said if they bought the drywall he would fix our daughters room. Not even 2 days after that they told us to move but would help find another rental from them, they lied. They are not friendly and very rude as well as lie to their tenants. Bad place to rent from or even deal with.

We have been dealing with Erin and Royal LePage Formula 1 for a couple years now. We have a rental property with Royal LePage Formula 1, they have been nothing but great to us. With their help we have found the greatest renter! We have also purchased a house with Erin, she does great work. She is honest, professional and overall a great person! We value her as a realtor and as a friend! Thank you for all you’ve done for us!
