This place desperately needs new management. Present management has no people skills whatsoever. The hotel manager speaks to you like you are a child. She has a son who is crippled and does the best he could at working the front desk. But she belittles him on the front of other customers never recognizing the challenges that he overcomes to complete his task on a daily basis. I once overslept 30 minutes after checkout. The manager knocked on my door, screaming that I needed to leave or pay for the room. When I went to pay she fussed at me like I was a little child and even accused me of cursing at her when she was knocking at the door. When I denied doing this, she would not accept my payment and asked me to leave the premises. She even called the police to ensure that I would leave. This is after staying there several weeks never having any issues with my payment. Present management definitely needs to be replaced as the skills necessary to operate in a management position, she definitely does not possess.

Let me start with after a long day and traveling and wanting to rest, I arrived! The young guy was nice but told me his mom was manager and she kind of threw him there with little training. He had an issue and had to call her to Come down she wouldn’t he finally got it fixed. He had another issue and said he would reluctantly have to call her again and get her to come down! It’s funny she told me I was not compassionate when she did come down she was sharp with him and said you don’t remember I showed you this, I mean if he had remembered I doubt he would not have called her to come down again. It took about 30 mins to get checked in. I get to my room, the sink wouldn’t drain and toilet had issues flushing. I called front and the guy said he didn’t know how to move me rooms so nothing he could do. Was noisy as hell I didn’t sleep. I go to check out lady comes down, and I tell her worst hotel started with it taking 30 minutes to get in my room she immediately started throwing my sons handicapped he has cerebral pausy how un compassionate I was. I informed her had nothing to do with his disability it had to do with a lack of training HE said his mom didn’t give him! She continued to raise her voice and fling her arms around and how I should be ashamed. His disability HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH HIM NOT BEING TRAINED! He said she didn’t train him and didn’t want to come help him when he first called! The fact that she had to throw his disability out there SPEAKS VOLUMES! he said he didn’t know how to move me rooms in system and he didn’t want to call her again I had to stay in a non functional room that took all night to drain the sink! We all know someone with a disability but using that as a reason to try and make someone feel bad for a lack of training and lack of support from the manager is a they issue not a me issue. This lady should be ashamed of using and bringing up her sons medical issue. They young man was obviously intelligent he just was not trained properly or enough training and with it taking 2 phone calls to get her to come down and help him was not acceptable. The fact that he didn’t want to call her again to tell him how to swap me rooms has NOTHING TO DO WITH HIS DISABILITY! This woman needs to look in the mirror at herself instead of projecting onto others. I will say the staff as far as the house keeper were super friendly and professional! I did get a bit snippy when he knocked on my door because I was tired and had to brush my teeth in the tub! The guy was polite and very professional and even apologized now that is professional. I did not have issue with the young man at the counter, I did have issue with the MANAGER, who was his mother! Again I’m appalled by her having to bring up her sons handicapped as an excuse for her not training and lack of supporting an employee when he needs help. This lady doesn’t know people and putting someone in an unsatisfactory room and not moving them, how does she know they don’t have a disability! Shame on this lady!

1st off the older lady with silver/or gray hair still works there she is very very rude talks to customers anyway she wants b4 we booked /paid for room we called and my wife spoke to lady at the front desk my wife proceeded to ask on speaker phone so I heard with my own 2 ears my wife asked how much for a room 1 night out the door lady said 88.13 then my wife asked and incidentals lady said no ma'am so wife went on her 3rd party app booked room reservation total was $50.13 so we drive there wife walks in to check us in 1st thing the very rude lady I mentioned in beginning of this review real loud asked my wife are u the lady that hung up on me wife answered her by saying no ma'am I asked u a question you answered and I said thank u &bye then she proceeds to tell my wife i guess because we booked through a 3rd party app that had to pay $20 incidentals and we could not check in until 3 p.m then starts telling my wife with a very rude tone that this the reason we dont allow locals to make reservations because it takes away from other guest we only allow out of town people to make reservations well dont know if mr Bob knows anything about this very rude worker but also lady has a disabled son that she talk very bad to on how he just dont do his work properly poor guy doesn't know better and she talks to him bad in front of guest so red carpet inn I would not recommend anyone rent from here
