Thank you Westcal management for sending us the most amazing team Sabrina, Oleysa and Debra! These ladies are very helpful and professional, making sure the property is well groomed and safe. Renter all my adult life. As a senior I want to recommend Westcal They use excellent vendors professional and knowledgeable. Kind and patient Natalie is kind, very busy. If there are problems you have to communicate repairs and problems will taken care of.

They come in, hold a place together with duct tape and hope, treat the tenants like inconveniences, have code enforcement and maintenance constantly bothering tenants, and recently shut down half of our apartment at Rancho Terrace to "fix" the parking lot (the equivalent of a paint job). When we arrived home at 2 AM we were tired and couldn't find a single place to park, so we parked in the area that isn't closed in a slightly off spot because of the lack of space. (We work late - early mornings) They had tow trucks out there clearing out the entire other half of the parking lot for not having already vacated the parking lot. When I woke up at 8:11 AM the entire lot was empty and I had a 40$ Uber drive + a 490$ Impound fee because I didn't wake up at 6-7 AM and park it somewhere in our part of town for their convenience. If you're going to shut down one side without opening the other first, maybe knock and warn people 🤷 Either way it's my problem now and I will be complaining to everyone I can get ahold of including the better business bureau for the remainder of the year.
