Had I related this pharmacy 5 years ago I would give them total accolades. I’ve tried referring so many people to this pharmacy. I grew up in a family business and have never had an issue with a public service industry however yesterday my pharmacist and I had a public disagreement.I am most bothered by virtue of the fact that one of his senior members didn’t defend me. Honestly, I’ve been a client for over 30 years, never had opiates prescribed and am made to feel reprehensible…well, yes….it takes a lot for me to defend myself. Perhaps if the pharmacist didn’t lie about his approach and if he spoke with me in a reasonable manner we could have resolved things. Yes, yesterday I was angry particularly when he lied but the fact that a staff member would not explain where our argument stemmed from…I am so very loyal and hate it when staff comprise their integrity for a job…something I have never, ever done. I have bartended and I would ask people to leave in a far more professional manner than this new pharmacist asked of me. Once again, why his staff never defended my position…? I get now when Rolph left that his staff also left. Had the original staff been there I would have totally been defended.

The employees are always friendly and go out of their way to help clients. Recently, I called at 12pm to have a prescription delivered. By 4pm, I called back to ask if it was still coming and I was reassured that it was. It turns out that the delivery person said he/she was done for the day, so one of the regular pharmacy employees brought it to me herself. I am grateful that they went above and beyond to get my medication to me!

Incredibly impressed by this pharmacy. They are organized, make helpful suggestions, provide text message service when meds are ready, can deliver and call beforehand. I totally recommend this location.
