Brought my 73 year old mom in for a shoulder injury. They were not empathetic at all. Put her in a bed that didn’t latch in place so she had to sit on the side of the bed afraid she would fall back. Nurse and Dr were short and xray tech was rude.. never been treated so poorly at this location it’s definitely on the decline.

ONLY COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE HARASSED AND COPS AND DCF CALLED ON YOU!! We wanted to switch hospitals because the lack of care that was provided and we every right to do so! They made threats of call DCF before leaving then when we did they retaliated by calling the cops and lying about us not seeking care for a mental health patient all because we switched hospitals! They also wouldn't allow us to come home to get medication and wouldn't provide the medication needed at 8pm every single night on the dot. So medication was very very late! We were only able to get him his medication after we left at 4am! They also refused to give their names to file a complaint against them.

Nurse practitioner Jason Conner was great and the staff from checking in to leaving was efficient, friendly and very smooth. Expected a long wait since Emergency Care but was taken right back to exam room. NP came into room about 5 minutes later. I was seen checked in, examined , treated and leaving 30 minutes later. Very impressed with the care I received!!!

I was hesitant to come here due to the low rating and reading negative reviews but I am glad I did! This is a full functional Emergency Room, not an urgent care so they are equipped with most medical testing (ultrasound, ct scan etc) If you need surgery they will transport you to a hospital. I had an immediate issue and I wasn’t in my waiting room seat for longer than 3 minutes before I was brought back by a nurse who got all of my medical history and symptoms very quickly. Due to my case I had labs and an IV which was also conducted quickly. Within 45 minutes I had a CT scan. A little less than an hour later I had my results and a plan of action and I was on my way. Great staff, great medical team and wonderful care by Dr. Dilts. I will suggest to all of my friends to go here first if they are in the area and need to.
