Really loved my experience at the Honda dealer. First time buyer and I can say i don’t regret my pick. The Guy that help me out ( Gabriel Bueno) was really professional and respectful. He explained the cars features and everything very clear which made me make a decision. 10/10 experience.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Hands down the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Unprofessional and rude from start to finish. I scheduled a service appointment and requested a loaner vehicle a week in advance. I was told they’d determine if I needed one when I arrived. After waiting for an hour and a half, I was informed that no loaners were available—and then told they don’t provide them at all. The communication was nonexistent, and the customer service was just as bad. To make matters worse, while I was still sitting in the waiting area expecting an update for almost two hours. I only found out my car had not moved from where I dropped it off, when I asked what was going on. The car sat there overnight and into the next afternoon, and not a single thing was done—not even the basic oil change and tire rotation, which should take less than an hour. No update on diagnostics either. The next day I checked the tracker that was emailed to me to find no change from when I arrived the day before. I called the service advisor for an update on my vehicle and she was proud to inform me they ordered a cup holder part but and still had nothing to offer for the other issues. Advisor offered 0 solutions for what to do as I was without transportation since Friday and they were closed on Sunday….. my advisor hung up once I said I would be picking up my vehicle up and taking it to another location. She also advised me there would be no paperwork to take home because she was going to scrap it. The crazy thing is this is top care treatment that the General manager has allowed to occur in his store. Completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

My experience at North Corpus Christi Honda was excellent. The staff (AJ, Ricky and Alex) were prompt in finding what I was looking for making it easy and efficient. They were also very knowledgeable of their positions being able to answer and explain every area requiring signature on contract. 💯👍
