First and foremost, I want to thank Mike Winters and Logan B, who were the first point of contact when I discovered Resilient Roofing online. They provided a free estimate and took the time to clearly explain the entire process. They answered all of our questions thoroughly and helped us understand every detail of the project. Initially, we had second thoughts because the price was more than we anticipated, but thanks to Logan's honesty, knowledge, and the trust my husband placed in him, we confidently decided to move forward with Resilient Roofing. A special thank you to the project coordinators, Jose Vera and Jose Gonzalez, for doing a fantastic job keeping everything organized and making sure the project ran smoothly. They consistently communicated with me through text and email, confirming important details like the exact color of shingles I wanted. Their attention to detail and responsiveness made the process stress-free and efficient. I am also incredibly grateful to Juan Carlos Sobrano, Glen Ramirez, Marco Blas, and Jose Luis Diaz for carefully removing and reinstalling our solar panels. They handled everything with care and ensured everything was properly reinstalled after the roofing was completed. They also made sure the exterior of our home was thoroughly cleaned afterward, removing all nails, wood pieces, and debris, leaving our home looking spotless and safe. Lastly, a big thank you to the hardworking demo crew: Orlando, Salvador, and Roberto. They did a remarkable job removing our old roof and carried out their work with professionalism, ensuring everything was done correctly and met our expectations as homeowners. We had a great experience with Resilient Roofing. Michael came out to do the inspection and was way more thorough than the other companies we met with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, and you could just tell by the way he looked at the details that the job would be done right. Once we signed, everything moved quickly — no delays or waiting around. The crew showed up on time, and they were not only professional but also genuinely friendly. You could tell they cared about the work and actually liked being there, which says a lot. They did our fascia and roof, and the difference in quality is easy to see — especially when I compare the flashings and finish work to my neighbors’ roofs that were replaced just a couple years ago. Everything on ours just feels tighter and better protected. Now that it’s done, we feel at peace knowing the roof is solid and built to last. It feels good knowing we won’t have to worry about it again for the next 30–40 years. Highly recommend.

We had them do a re-lay of the tiles including existing solar. They were great to work with, no having to call them, they called us every day. They had to repair a lot of old termite damage and they don’t include repainting. I may have been able to save a little money going with an independent contractor, but they couldn’t do the solar and I hate having to chase them down when they don’t return your calls. The extra money was worth it. Of course Resilient Roofing did an excellent job and we’re set for the next 40 years.

Me and my family were really struggling with water leaks coming from our roof every time it rained, so we knew our roof needed replacing. I found this company through google and read the amazing reviews and that made them my first choice. Our sales rep Michael A., gave us a top notch presentation of what this company offers to solve our roof problems and had a lot of patience answering our questions before and during our roof project. I want to emphasize how helpful he was all along! Moving on, I want to mention the amazing roof work it was done by the whole crew that worked in our roof, from removing/installing panels, removing our old roof materials, and finally remodeling our roof using the best techniques they offer(below I will provide their names). They were all very puntual, respectful, and knew what they were doing, not just winging it. I felt very satisfied with the final results, thank you Resilient Roofing’s team!
