Felix and the owner kelvin made it easy to shop for a used vehicle, the entire staff was very helpful, I felt a drag in the gears switching, so I will go to speak to them today. I was assured that I would be taken care of without a problem. All in all I feel this will be my go to spot for all my auto needs. SMART CAR, see u next year april.

Stay away at all cost,they don't care about customers just quick sale big profit then as you roll away they claim your warranty leaves with you,they put some parts together let your car look new then you drive away and run into problems which is not covered because they want you to come and trade or tell you they only cover Engine and transmission they don't care about lemon law etc. Just money hungry and dishonest.i bought a car from them less than 6 months ago and since the 3rd month I've been suffering severely they bring these cars in from other states don't necessarily sure of the conditions.they run it for few minutes and call that test run. THEY DONT OFFER EVERYONE THE UNLIMITED SO CALL WARRANTY SMH WHEN YOU CALL THIER PHONE THEY BARELY PICK UP THEY LITERALLY DONT CARE. Big rip off stay away..MARCEL AND KELVIN SOLD ME A 7 GRAND CAR FOR TWICE THE PRICE BECAUSE I WAS BUSY AND WASN'T ABLE TO ATTEND THE NJ AUCTION,From I buy this piece of shyt i can't stop spending kmft.i don't recommend anyone there anymore and I remove their name off my car kmft...You go in to them they act as if the issue is no big deal as if they think people pick money from trees,less than 1 year i changed 3 thermostats 3 radiators, 3 coolant temperature sensor,oil cooler,4 shocks,2 upper control arm,2 lower control arm,2 wheel bearings,2 tie rods,the transfer case wanted oil from the day of purchase,the roof kept leaking,the entire car was rusted underneath inside the car under the hood etc as though it was parked for 8 years.when you go in to speak with them they will tell you they only responsible for engine and transmission kmft and they don't give you enough warranty after violating nyc lemon law and selling you an over priced vehicle with mileage over 140....I feel as if I was rob in plain sight.I can't leave out of bronx with this car without breaking down..so I have a bronx car kmft I slept on the street in CT because of this car then had to pay 1,000 to tow it back to the bronx..I hope Kelvin and Marcel sleep good at nights after ripping people off like this kmft..i put myself in debt to buy the car,now I'm still in debt because I keep fixing and mechanics are so expensive parts are expensive too as thought it's a BMW or benz.. HELL HAS A PLACE FOR YOU ALL SMH kelvin
