What a great team of workers and a wonderful company! We were extremely pleased with the beautiful results.. The employees were friendly, very respectful of our property. They worked diligently throughout the day, only taking a break for lunch. Although the job was a messy one, when they left, there was not even one scrap, one tile, one piece of trash left on our property. JOB WELL DONE! I would recommend Schoenherr Roofing for any and all your roofing needs! I am extremely happy and impressed with the work of Rick Consiglio and his co worker today. They were respectful of my property and were true professionals. I would recommend them for any and all of my future needs.

Was referred by a friend, was excited to get photos from the project manger that all looked good. Then I got in the attic and roof. Had I not walked on my roof after the project was complete, I would’ve had shingles with holes, broken shingles, caulk that was done by a first grader, and nails through the trim. After three return trips, everything was up to “professional standard”. I was disappointed that bathing venting was changed, ran across the attic instead of straight out. This change was never brought to my attention. I have asked every three weeks on closing out the building permit, and no longer get responses nor confirmation that it was complete. I recommend don’t pay for services until they’ve been completed. In this case should have held a few hundred back to ensure the work that was supposed to get done, got done. The project was completed in August. Could have been 5 stars had I gotten updates on the building permit as I understand mistakes happen and schooner did a wonderful job correcting them, but should have never happened in the first place.

I hired Schoehnerr for Siding, Roof and Gutters and my experience was mostly fantastic! Overall the quality of work was fantastic, the before and after showing my house makes it look like a brand new house. Due to the scope of the project we had 3 separate crews for each portion. The roofing job was done quickly and they were able to squeeze me into their schedule fast since I had a leak which needed repair. Siding was able to be scheduled once materials were available, and the job took about a week. The quality of the work and materials were top notch, and the crews which came out were very hard working and knowledgeable. The only reason why I have selected 4 stars instead of 5 was the communication and management from the Project Management team was lacking. I understand not receiving instant communication, but for a project of this expense I did expect more. The delivery of materials was done incorrectly, so the roof was being removed before the new materials had arrived (1 day later than was communicated). Once the roof was completed, I felt like I had to push to understand when my siding would be installed. This was especially frustrating because the roofing team had to remove some siding and the majority of my gutters, leaving my house unprotected until siding and trim could be installed. Then when siding was scheduled there was an error made when scheduling the dumpster, so I had trash in my yard for half the day until the dumpster finally arrived. Once siding was completed there was exposed wood which the siding team blamed on the roofing team, but when I attempted to contact the roofing quality team member I received no reply, despite being told at quality sign off that if I notice anything later to call them directly. Lastly, after final sign off it was noticed that the gutters crew had forgotten to install 1 bracket (very simple correction, but was easy to not notice as a home owner). When I reached out to Project Management numerous times I did not get a single reply until I called Ryan (not my PM). Ryan was responsive and reached out to have the issue corrected. Surprisingly, without anyone having notified me, the gutters team showed up at my house and installed the bracket and left. Although I am happy the issue was resolved, I should have been notified someone would be walking onto my property to do work.

Super impressed with Schoenherr Roofing - from the beginning to the end of my roof replacement. Austin and Dylan spent a lot of time with me at the estimate appointment, making sure all of my questions were thoroughly answered. The installation crew did a great job and cleaned up all of the debris and metal items my dogs could have stepped on. Financing was simple and made to fit my budget. I highly recommend these guys!
