I was GIFTED a SPA massage. Before my massage, I told the MASSEUSE I have a lot of TENSION below my neck and A LOT OF KNOTS IN MY SHOULDERS to FOCUS on that area. AS I HAVE A VERY STRESSFUL JOB. My request was completely IGNORED! She spent about what seems like TEN MINUTES massaging my shoulders VERY POORLY and never once mentioned or addressed all the KNOTS AND TENSION I ASKED TO FOCUS ON. I left feeling no difference I was HOPING FOR! The massage was $285 plus a 22% TIP that was mandatory! I have had way better MASSAGES FOR $75 and PAID WAY LESS IN TIP! So, I plan to go to local place and GET A REAL MASSAGE. DID I MENTION I DROVE ONE HOUR THERE AND ONE BACK HOME! I was truly disappointed and was so looking forward to it! When I went back to the changing locker one of the TWO STALLS WAS DIGUSTING. AN OUT OF ORDER SIGN WAS PLACED MY DAY ENDED WITH SO MUCH DISAPPOINTMENT! I did 2 STARS because the ATMOSPHERE WAS NICE!

This spa is so cute! They have the best selection of snacks and drinks. My husband and I had the 90 minutes couples massage and we both loved it. Then we had facials and I had a pedicure. All the ladies were so good at their jobs and super attentive to your needs. I purchased some products from the line Ivanka uses. Will be back.
