I've had work orders in for over 6 months. They haven't been fixed as of today. On May 1st another management company has taken over. Some of the buildings are not in good shape. There's been times that the garbage wasn't even picked up. Now they're not answering the phone. I was lied to about the HOA. New World Properties is a joke.

This is the worst place on God’s green earth to live. PLEASE do not waste your money. The ac does not work, the floors have water that rises up when you wash clothes. The plugs do not work. There is mold in this apartment. They will not fix anything. But they expect rent to be paid. I have had an upper respiratory infection 3 times with the past 3 months. Do not spend your money here
