SCAM!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! They decline your creditcard, and want you to pay in the hotel, even though you made a debit payment right after the decline. Somehow they cannot see the payment and expect you to pay, but when you show them the payment you already made, that us where the problems start... horrifying service, very dirty and broken hotel and problematic al allround. I never say that people shouldn't go somewhere, but this time, please, DON'T GO HERE. You can't call this place a hotel, this hotel should be closed for business.

I felt really bad how the staff treated us that day . We are so tired, and he even yells at us , and he says that he is not even sorry for yelling at us. * we booked a room online, and i gave him the pin or confirmation code. He says that they still haven't received the payment yet. So we keep on asking him again and again. But He, himself . He even told us that if we don't believe him , we can call the police . And starting yelling at us. I am working on a customer service industry too. And on this kind of job we need to have a very long patient. I will not forget his namE IMRAN.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at SH and PJ Hotels in Ras Al Khaimah, and I must say it was a complete waste of money. The hotels' management seems to prioritize loud music over guest comfort, making it impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep. The service was also extremely poor. The staff seemed unresponsive and uninterested in addressing our concerns. We were consistently met with a lack of urgency and a dismissive attitude. Given the subpar experience, I would not recommend SH and PJ Hotels to anyone. The noise levels are unbearable, and the service is abysmal. There are far better options available in Ras Al Khaimah that offer a more peaceful and enjoyable stay.

I visit the hotel before booking, i ask repectionest i want to see rooms before booking, he mentioned no free rooms, you can wait 3 hours, but iam sure he said that to not let me see the bad views Its Not clean room, full of cockroach 🪳, i showed the receptionest the photots to change rooms, he mentioned you are in 1 star hotel not 3 stars
