We chose this resort based on the 5 star rating and I must say that we made the right decision! The location of this resort is perfect for relaxation and there is a lot of greenery! Everything here looks very well maintained and clean, the staff always tries to keep everything tidy, they really try to do only the best for the guests. Despite the fact that there are a lot of people here right now, the staff has my great admiration, because despite the chaos they still smile and do only the best for us. If you choose all inclusive, you get all kinds of food, there is a truly incredible selection of food that I can't believe it! from desserts to all kinds of meat, a rich selection of vegetables and fruits, a constant supply of water and drinks and the food is constantly replenished. Once again, I want to say that the staff has my great admiration and I wish them to continue to do well and constantly move forward! You can find all kinds of activities here, you can go for a massage, to the hairdresser, get a facial, go to the gym, the staff is very friendly everywhere and they will be happy to help you with everything. Thank you for everything you do for us and we will definitely visit you again sometime!

We just wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the fantastic experience we had during our stay at your hotel.|| From the warm hospitality to the impeccable service, everything exceeded our expectations and made our holiday truly special.||Special thanks to Mostafa from the reception, very professional , Amir from transport department ( buggy driver )|Mr Dheeraj from Breakers restaurant. Such wonderful people ! ||One recommendation only , we have called on 0 to ask about yoga class ( 29th March - 23 :37 ) the female answer the call ,sorry I don't recall her name as she didn't introduce herself ,the way she was talking like we call her in private phone and questioned, such unfriendly and negative attitude. Recoding you have with particular date and time ( our room number is 9402 ) I believe customer service training is required additional with communication skills.

We have been to other hotel resort here in RAK, but by far cove rotana is the best! We love the villa type apartments, it gives the vibe that your in another country. The beach is amazing. You can relax and enjoy the nature view. We love that you care and look after all the animals in the resort, specially the cats. Friendly and accommodating staffs. We will sure come back again! This resort is one of a kind. .

It deserves for Excellent rate, because all was fine but:|1. when I wanted to upgrade my stay from all-inclusive to ultra all-inclusive (I just wanted to use members only beach part) I was forced to pay until the end of my stay.|2. after check-out you have to pay for all (water/food). I'm not saying it is not fair, but comparing to all other hotels I was earlier (dozens of them) all inclusive lasts until airport transfer.|3. buggies are available almost all the time, but after sunset (7PM+), where you can't call them by room phone you have to wait up to 30 minutes. Sometimes people stop driving buggy before it reaches bus stop not waiting for their turn on. Waiting 2 times for buggy for more than 25 minutes each time disappointed me the most, because I was with small kids.|Those impacted to dcrease my rate.
