Although I haven't used their service, they needed a 5 ⭐ today. Our dog escaped and one of their employees Matthew, took the time to pick her up, post it online and keep her safe so I could get her home. His services also included a playdate with his dog. 😀Much appreciated!

This was the biggest disappointment I have ever experienced. Was given a virtual tour of what looked in photos of a nice upper floor of a 4 plex. Sent deposit and first months rent, and had all utilities set up. Gave my notice in Yorkton and moved with movers and a 26 foot uhaul to this location to find extreme damages and bugs in the property. Yes I was given my money back, However with no where to go at this moment. My furniture all had to go into storage and my spouse and I were to.be starting new full time permanent jobs on the Tuesday after labor day. Both of us lost our employment opportunities because we had no where to go. So we had to decide to stay with my brother or become homeless in Theodore. Im disgusted at how this business continues to operate. SLUM Lords for sure.

I have been with Shawn's for about 10 years now. I know what to expect from them and they know me. They work hard to help fix the issues before they become issues. Great communication with the office and much respect for the staff!
