Shred Shop is truly amazing! The workouts are unique and challenging in the best way. The coaches are ALL terrific at motivating you, pushing you to your best, and providing any support or modifications you might need. I live far away and can only visit when I'm back in town every few months. Every single time I walk in, the coaches remember me and treat me like I'm there all the time. There's an amazing community here and I would highly recommend Shred to anyone looking to get stronger!!
