I dropped these guys after 5 months of 'Property Management'. Their communication style was deceptive in that they were not transparent about how their charges, the vendors they work with, costs that they bill to your account. I am renting properties to make money and these guys used my property like a piggy bank for them and their vendors. At one point they had a vendor quote me $1500 to 'fix' a roof but didn't realize that I had just replace the roof before I contracted with Skyline. I was still under warranty, so I had company come to review and it was the gutters that was clogged. I was still out $120 for the vendor that came out to assess. Every month there was another reason to suck my money. I was not satisfied with this company and would not recommend them. I wish I read the reviews more closely but as we know in the property investment game, you learn and you move on.
