Can’t even view a place without applying beforehand, which costs $50 per adult. I don’t know about you, but it sounds like a scam to me, especially since I was told that you don’t have to wait for the application to be approved to schedule a tour, you simply must apply and pay the fee. How much miscellaneous income is that generating for the company? How can we possibly know if we are interested in renting a place without viewing it first? Should be investigated.

I see that I won’t be the first to add a poor review of this company. After signing the lease for a garage within walking distance from my house, they insisted that I drive 30 minutes to their office to pickup the keys rather than meet me at the property. Quick to take your money, not at all interested in a halfway decent level of service after the fact. Sad to encounter in this tight-knit area of Pennsylvania where all of my experiences tend to be positive. I’m just glad I’m not renting a residence through them.

This was the worst renting experience of my life. If I could give a zero I would. I ended up getting black mold. The ceiling got wet, in which they half-assed fixed. The bedroom and wasn’t properly fixed. The toilet never worked properly, within the 1st week it flooded. The people in the building were dirty they instead of using the trash cans they would dump the trash on the ground. The women in the office were so cold and non caring.when I told them about the stealing of my packages they did not care an inch and sharply told me it was a police matter. The place I lived the neighbors were the neighbors from hell, they stole my packages, put dung on my back porch, would watch my comings and goings when I was there, it got to the point I would not stay there at all. Things in the apartment that were broke down was never properly fixed. I don’t know who wrote them a 5 star but they are lying. All these people want is your money. Rent at your risk, I could not wait until my damn lease was up that was all they used against me.

Property management never looked at the place in person before renting, leaking sink on the day we moved in. Usually takes over 24hours for maintenance to response, and even longer for them to send someone out.
