여행동안 시차적응겸 몸이 찌뿌둥해서 드롭인으로 수업 들었습니다 친절했구요 찾기도 쉬웠어요 난이도는 좀 있었지만 각자 페이스 맞춰서 적당히 따라 가시면됩니다 에너지 있게 한시간 채워주셔서 재밌었어요! 남녀 화장실, 샤워실 구분 락커 기본제공 샴푸,바디워시,드라이어 있습니다 공용매트 제공되니 개인타월, 마실물 정도만 준비하심 되겠네요
World class yoga school with an amazing staff of super experienced teachers. I began practicing here as a beginner 3 years ago and have felt my practice progress into a lifestyle. I’m here 3/4 times a week. Ashley, Maria, Monica, Rima are amazing & the studio often has a rotation of teachers coming through the studio from all over the world. You are in incredible hands. The studio always feels clean and warm and the support staff are friendly and welcoming. I’m so grateful to this space
