Member’s customer service recently went down 😭 was a member since 2015 8 years. They used to treat me (every member I saw too) like we were FAMILY. Not no more 😭💔. The new lady employee would was so antagonizing every encounter I had. I’m not going to be hassled every time I come to get my MONEY. It be your own people 💔😭😭

I've been banking here at SSCFCU for probably 10 years now. The customer service is very good. But there were times when I had to stand in a long line at the drive through banking and I didn't have a car. I was so agitated by this and I did let it be known. The bankers did go out of their way to accommodate me. My only agitation now is today is Saturday May 1, 2021 and I have a deposit to make but because they are not open on Saturdays at this time, I have to wait until Monday to make a deposit. This is why I'm giving you 4 stars instead of 5. Your hours are already short during the week and your only open 3 days. It would be nice to get some Saturday service again especially when the City is opening up more at this time.
