These ladies are amazing, I last minute contacted them to have a memorial card printed because of course it completely slipped my mind and they were so kind and accommodating, I emailed them the file 15 minutes before they closed and they had them ready for me by 12 pm the next day. I have had good service here in th he past but today I picked up an order for my mother's funeral and someone took the liberty of "making it look nicer" which was insulting, wrong and not what I asked for. I was not consulted about the "enhancement" and the result was neither "nicer" nor was it what I ordered. Worse, "nicer" in their eyes was cheesy and tacky. Devastating. Making matters even worse, the owner was argumentative and defensive when I shared my unfortunate experience. She even suggested that I use Staples in future. Clearly, she has no plan to address the problems.

I have used this company's services on many occasions and they are Amazing! In February I walked in and asked them if they can make a gift award certificate for my grandson Abrahams Birthday, within 15 mins I was holding a beautiful personalized gift certificate (which brought such joy to a 7yr old) Thank you 👍
