We have stayed a dozen times at least in the last couple of months. We have had THE best service! Clean rooms, quiet, yummy breakfast choices - and the staff is amazing. I spoke with Alyssa at the front desk today and she really helped us with reserving a room that we had to move from one day to another. The pool is clean and cool and we are really looking forward to seeing everyone at the Hotel again. There are other choices in the area but we really recommend this one. Parking is free and abundant and the rooms are modern and clean. Thank you today Alyssa!

Second time I've stayed in this Hampton Inn. They have a well kept pool and a little gym. The rooms are clean. The staff is kind, even when you show up at 3am without a reservation. Large, well lit parking lot with easy parking for full size trucks.

Rooms were good, the staff was very hospitable. Kathy and Wanda helped to provide an amazing breakfast (complimentary). Will stay here again!!

I was scheduled to work until 6:00 AM and requested a late check-out. While the hotel confirmed a 12:00 PM check-out, staff knocked on my door at 11:00 AM. The attendant claimed to have missed the note, which I found questionable based on their demeanor. I offered to pay a fee for a later check-out, but was informed that this was not an option. The desk clerk stated that they did not want to pay the housekeeping staff to wait. This policy seems counterintuitive to enhancing the guest experience. I have experience with Choice Hotels and Wyndham, both of which typically allow a 2:00 PM check-out without a fee, or with a fee of approximately $50. Other Hilton locations also offer this service. I believe the staff's approach reflects a lack of concern for customer satisfaction.
