These bad reviews are shocking to me. Before going to the AGH Division of Dental Medicine, I straight up hated going to the dentist. It always felt like my gums were being destroyed for no reason and I was treated like a car in a shady mechanic - being told about fake problems and therefore getting overcharged for basically no reason. None of that happens at AGH. I am always treated like a real person here. Every tech and dentist asks me if I'm comfortable often, always makes sure I'm in control of what happens and they are the only dentists I've ever had to compare what my teeth look like between past visits to show if they're better or worse. My appointments are always quick too and they're not costly. Best dentists ever!

I found a dentist here through my insurance and on her own she had good reviews and another dentist affiliated with this office too….they take my insurance and the dentists themselves had positive reviews so I was hopeful to schedule an appointment here and have a good experience but I couldn’t get past how rude the receptionist was. Going to the dentist can be scary and stressful. You don’t want to be immediately greeted with rudeness upon calling to inquire about an appointment. Bummer!
