Severe Negligence and Shocking Customer Service ​Absolutely do not recommend. My car immediately broke down with an issue they caused by not properly reconnecting the cap. When I called them, they refused to help, forcing me to call the RAC. ​The RAC mechanic quickly determined the cause. He was clear that this could only have occurred due to improper handling or negligence during the service—it would not have come loose on its own. ​To be left stranded due to their error, and then refused assistance by their staff, is appalling. This confirms severe negligence. I will not be returning, and I advise customers to avoid both this garage and their sister location by the train station. There are many people who I have heard from since this who have had a similar experience. Some people had no working car once it had been to here. AVOID.

Dropped my car off for an Mot and small service, so delighted with the service provided by James and the team. They really couldn’t have done more for me. Really great all round service, I can’t recommend James And the team highly enough. He strikes a great balance between keeping costs down yet maintaining our cars to be safe and reliable. Thanks to his maintenance it gives us confidence to run much older cars than we would otherwise do without an exceptional garage close at hand.
