We rescued a female cat that was lost and injured . We took time to get it healed and we were hoping it’s ours as it’s same colour and size, unfortunately no microchip. Very friendly staff including KAT who was was nice enough to get her team to scan or inspect the cat at no cost. Honest and sincere. Highly would recommend! @ceochikko

Respect! I got cooki, the cat, its vaccines were overdue, i recently moved in ottawa, i was finding a Vet clinic,I googled and found FCAH, with some bad reviews, I discussed with my mom, to go somewhere else. She asked why? I told about some bad reviews, like written by Brigitte Cyr, my Mom asked me to see how many review this person has written, I said 4 and all are bad reviews about others. My Mom said dont believe this person, might something wrong with person who is fighting with every one. To cut short, I went there, did not know whether it would be heaven or hell. I checked their prices, compared with other Vet clinics, things were the same. Front desk ladies welcomed me with big smile, I been greeted by a young Vet with a big smile. I was surprised by their compassion towards my cat. They even asked me whether I was happy with their services and if not they would not charge at all. I was over the moon. I paid them full amount and given some money for charity too.

wow, what a great experience! nice people I ever seen whether Vets (Dr E. Nour, Dr G Usman) or other staff members, Great place to feel at home. About the Price, these days, everything is expensive, at any clinic. I feel sorry for the people who write bad reviews, might they be mentally sick, who pick up small things and make a storm in a teacup. I brought a Dog here, in emergency, who ate a sock, Dr clearly discussed with me Different options, like might treating here or sending to emerg hospital. then they discussed Differentials and tools for investigations, like Blood work, or xray, or whether sedation will be required or what would be preliminary blood test for that, etc, overall, I found it very comfortable place, they given me choice to stay her or shop around or go to emergency hospital, what else I want?

🚫 Please Think Twice Before Taking Your Pet Here!! I’m writing this because I genuinely don’t want anyone else to go through what we did with Findlay Creek Animal Hospital. We brought our dog in urgently after his face swelled up from biting into a bone, and instead of real care or concern, we got sales tactics trying to upsell us. After being unable to diagnose my dog, the vet pushed a long list of medications that made no sense for my dog’s symptoms — things like anti-drooling and anti-vomiting meds — that would have cost several hundred dollars, all without any clear diagnosis. When I told him I wanted to take my dog to VCA Emergency first to get a proper diagnosis before starting anything, he actually argued with me and insisted I take his medications anyway. At VCA, my dog was treated with genuine care and concern. Within 10 minutes, they confidently diagnosed him and prescribed medications that actually made sense. For the first time that day, I felt peace of mind that my dog was going to be okay. I never once felt pressured or like my pet was just a payday — a complete contrast to what we experienced at Findlay Creek Animal Hospital. To make it worse, the vet called the next day trying once again to sell us on unnecessary X-rays, even after we told him our dog had already been diagnosed and treated properly. My entire experience with this vet made it painfully clear that his focus is not on the wellbeing of animals, but on how much money he can make from each visit. I will never return, and I strongly recommend others think twice before trusting him with their pets. *edit to add: after posting this review, we were harassed endlessly by this vet not wanting his name on the review. Not concerned about the lack of care we got but worried about his name being posted so I have since removed the name but the experience still stands.
