Stoneridge manages the building I live in and the experience has been great. My initial meeting was with Sofia who showed me around the apartment and property and she was punctual, knowledgable and really easy to talk to. I have since lived at this property for 2 years and the property management has been very good. They are quick to respond to issues and keep us updated when there is a problem. I remember the refrigerator in my apartment broke down and it was replaced within 1 day of me notifying them. I would definitely recommend Stoneridge Property Management as they do awesome work!

I wanted to share that I recently had an extremely positive experience with Stoneridge. I am a tenant and have been for a long time. I've actually rented 2 separate houses from them and I wouldn't consider anyone else. I had a plumbing issue and they dispatched the plumber right away. Any other time, they have always responded and they always give ample notice. I hope to rent from Stoneridge until we can finally buy a house!! They are always respectful and professional.
