Took my car in for a programming recall and to ask about a problem with my steering wheel. The steering wheel fell in the grey area of being covered under the warranty and they weren’t going to cover it but Kfir fought for it to be replaced for free and they were able to do it under a good will policy. He put the order in for the part, they were able to fix it, and he was super understanding/flexible of my work schedule for when I was able to pick it up and return the loaner car. Shoutout Kfir for all your help getting my car taken care of, you’re awesome and I appreciate you! Very happy to have my car back 😅

My wife and I are on our 4th Subaru and we absolutely love our Ascent! We have bought all four of our Subarus through Subaru Portland, and we won’t go anywhere else! Our Ascent did have a small defect and everyone at Subaru of Portland did a wonderful job making sure we were taken care of as quickly as possible. I had a very pleasant experience buying my car at Subaru of Portland. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made what is usually a long and stressful process feel much more manageable. Ariana was the first person to reach out to me after I inquired online, and she was wonderful to work with—very personable and easy to talk to. She mentioned that she’s fairly new to her position but comes from a hospitality background like myself, and it really showed.
