From the time I called them to the time I said good bye it was fantastic! Liz is absolutely wonderful. I decided to just get a way overnight and live a couple of hours away. I saw they had an event that interested me so I booked it. The food was great and you are completely submerged in nature. It is a beautiful way to nurture your soul. I sat with a group of people while eating and several shared they had been there numerous times. I can see why! I am looking forward to my next visit.

Liz and her team at Sugar Ridge have created a sanctuary that is welcoming, thoughtful and supportive. It was exactly what I needed. They were able to accommodate me on short notice and I am grateful I was able to experience the peaceful space, enjoy the nourishing food, find peach and comfort on the mat with Jenny and meet amazing people in the process. I have come back feeling recharged and ready to tackle the challenges of every day life

Wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and you can really feel connected to nature. The cabin was cozy, well maintained, The bed's in linen were super comfortable and it was very clean. The bathroom was really nice, bright clean and well maintained. The food was great and the female cook was an absolute sweetheart. All of the staff were kind and friendly. ||We did the One day silent retreat, led by Liz. It was a really cool experience and the nature bathing was amazing! ||We really enjoyed our stay.

We, 2 adults and 1 dog, visited for an overnight and a 1 day silent retreat. The place was clean, welcoming, cozy and beautiful. The grounds were lovely. Our cabin was basic but comfortable and also very clean. The staff were welcoming and Liz, the owner, was a competent retreat facilitator. We will be booking another visit for a bit longer next time.
