I want to thank doctors and Reagan at the front desk for what they do and how hard they work at this clinic. My experience exceeded my expectations. Everyone there works so hard and fast (while the quality of service lasts). I was in and out in 20 minutes and I didn't feel rushed. Supportive and understanding atmosphere as well as kind staff. Way to go! Thank you.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was at this clinic. From the front desk staff to the doctor, my full experience exceeded any other clinic I’ve ever visited before. Reagan at the front desk was delightful and the doctor was quick and knowledgeable. I was in and out of there in 15min. I didn’t feel rushed, rather felt confident in his diagnosis and relieved.

After having had a negative experience at another clinic, it was refreshing to walk into this place. Dr. Gaudreault was one of the most respectful and understanding doctors I had seen in a long time. She took the time to listen and seemed to genuinely care. I also love that you can walk in, but don’t have to sit around while you wait - instead, they’ll give you an approximate time to return, so you don’t have to spend your whole day in the waiting room. Despite reading some these negative reviews about the front desk receptionist, I have to say, I have had the absolute opposite experience. I’m sure she has her “off” days, but if we are talking about the same person (the only person I’ve ever seen at the front desk or spoken to on the phone), I’ve always found her to be exceptionally kind - more than most people in general, let alone someone working at a busy clinic. That’s just my experience, but I believe it’s important to highlight considering some of the negative reviews about her. Though it may be tricky to get through on the phone line (I think I let it ring for 5 minutes or so today) they’ve always been apologetic about the wait and the receptionist took the time to be extra helpful when I had a question. I believe it’s more challenging to get through at the beginning of the day, so my advice would be to call in the afternoon. Speaking from my own experience, this has been one of the most positive experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office in BC.
