I saw Nikolina at Sun City Physio this week and had a great experience. She was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely empathetic. She took the time to ask thorough questions to fully understand the root of my issues, and provided clear, helpful feedback along with targeted exercises. She also used IMS treatment, which made a noticeable difference. I felt truly cared for and supported throughout the entire session. I look forward to my next appointment with her. My 3-year-old daughter also had an appointment and saw Kendra for physiotherapy this week, and the experience was wonderful. Kendra treated her with such kindness and patience, creating a supportive and fun environment that helped my daughter feel at ease. She made sure the session was engaging while also teaching valuable tools for recovery. Kendra went above and beyond by providing us with additional information to support my daughter’s healing at home. From the moment I walked through the doors and was warmly greeted by the wonderful front desk staff, to the moment I left, the entire experience was excellent. I will absolutely be recommending them to friends and family.
