BEWARE. they will charge you for normal wear and tear on apartments! They charged me $75 for bathroom not being “up to their standards” and there being “spots on the sink fixture” after I deep cleaned the whole apartment before leaving. Lease even states that you can’t be charged for damage above “normal wear and tear”. I would avoid at all costs if you can!
