Need statements from an old closed account. Quite annoying to get lied to that they couldn't access my information rather than them saying they did not want to take the time to process my request, another branch was able to. (Neither was the home branch of the account.)

The customers are argumentative, so it takes forever to get seen, even if they have three windows open. It wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't closed so many local branches, thus funneling all the customers in a ten kilometer radius into here. I'm gradually shifting my banking out of Vancity. It sucks now.
