Great place! Recently remodeled. Nice rooms. My husband and I really like how there is no carpet in the room. Definitely feel clean. Nice 24 hour shuttle from airport. I'm especially thankful for the front desk employee named Laura. She was very knowledgeable, kind, professional and thoughtful. We had a flight delay and didn't get to the hotel until 3am. I was hurting from all of the traveling and because I am pregnant. Laura was so compassionate and empathetic. She made sure I had water and we had all the linens we needed. She helped load the luggage cart since I shouldn't lift any more than I had already been doing. It was a very difficult night, and she definitely made it better. I am very thankful for her! I definitely recommend this hotel and plan to return if we ever need a hotel in Indy again!

Love this Holiday Inn! It was fresh and a beautiful Holiday Inn!| I chose this Holiday Inn because it was located near Indianapolis Speedway, and it was easy to get to the museum from the hotel. |With it being right off the highway and by the airport I was worried about noise but it was very quiet. |The front desk staff was super friendly from our late night check in to check out. Jess and the manger were both at the front when we checked out and made us feel very welcomed and happy we stayed with them. |Breakfast gives you a lot of choices and again the breakfast staff was friendly. Also very helpful when my husband and the pancake machine didn’t get along, after-all it was Monday and neither him or machine were moving along very fast.😆| I would recommend this beautiful Holiday Inn to everyone. Will be staying there again when we make our trip out to east.

I had a great experience while there. Alice and Jess was great at the desk as well as Eugenia the breakfast lady. She was kind and caring and made sure we had what we needed. All the staff was great but the front desk people Alice and Jess were great and very hospitable. When we return we will be back! Thank you Alice for directing us to a great dinner place. FYI the parking sucks with the Motel 6 but the hospitality will bring me back!

Staff was great and very helpful. We had a great stay in this clean hotel. Rooms are great size. Could hear a lot in the halls from the gap under the room door. Pool was nice but there is not hot tub. The pics look like a hot tub but it is not. The park and fly was amazing but be sure to park your vehicle close to Holiday Inn front door. The driver to the airport was wonderful. NOTE: The Motel 6 next to this hotel is skechy.
