I give it 2 stars because of the location and price. Other than that its a negative 1 star. All the other reviews are spot on. Bad customer service. The place is dirty, gross and smells funny. The sheets, pillow cases and towels had mystery spots on them. Carpet was gross. Bed was comfy at least. I have been in worse but not by much. Location was nice, well lite parking lot. Good thing, lots of shady people hanging around at night. If you just need a little sleep from driving all day, not a bad place for the money. Don't go into it thinking this is a nice place. If you have low expectations you will not be disappointed.

This hotel FAR exceeded our expectations! After having an unfortunate situation with another local hotel that turned out not being fit for anything other than rats we were left looking for a nice clean hotel to save our mini vacation. The staff at the MicroTel especially Kimberly, Olivia and Hailey were awesome and went beyond expectations. We were so pleasantly surprised. The rooms were extremely well kept and clean really nice! The hot breakfast was good parking was good. The pool was nice clean and cool. I have no complaints at all. We really enjoyed our stay.

Despite the reviews, Kimberly did her best to ensure we were comfortable! We had to switch rooms because of the AC not working properly, and the weird smell. But the second room was clean and cold. The breakfast was decent. I did NOT see any bugs like some have reported and trust me I checked. We were comfortable. It's a little outdated but we had no issues. She went above and beyond to make our stay worth it and even comped because of the AC issue without question. Cheap and worth what you pay!

Great location and great staff.. the rooms could use some updating the Jacuzzi hot tub in our room would not hold water. The carpet was ripped up in several spots and hair in the shower in several spots. Breakfast was okay scrambled eggs sausage links waffle makers yogurt cereal toast and juice. Overall not a bad day but next time I would request a different room
