This hotel was absolutely disgusting. If it hadn’t been non refundable I would have left. There was rust on every piece of furniture and lights. The walls were… soggy? Dead roaches everywhere. They had put oil or something on the bathroom floor that made it so slick I almost fell every single time I walked in. There was a 1/2 inch gap all around the door. I want about to try breakfast. I was so uncomfortable that I was up and out the door by 3:30 am. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

We were happy with our room and check in process (Melissa was fantastic), the pool is very nice and there’s a nice little outdoor seating area to relax at. However, as we were checking out, I was grabbing coffee this morning and I was scolded for attempting to fill my own reusable coffee cup with the complimentary coffee in the lobby by the front desk lady. She would not let me take more than a half of my coffee saying she didn’t want to have to make another pot. I found this very strange and off putting as I travel extensively for work and have never been scolded for bringing my own cup to fill (it’s an average sized refillable cup). Just a weird end to my stay.

DON'T STAY HERE, LOOK ELSEWHERE! Their entire website is false advertisement. We were traveling very far and decided to stop somewhere semi-nice and budget friendly that also included a pool. Their website makes it seem so nice, it states they have a pool, and modern rooms. EVERYTHING WAS SO BAD. Bugs and hair in the room, NO POOL, everything just looked so thrown around in the front like they were under construction or something. LOCATION IS HORRIBLE. Sketchy people walking around the hotel all night, it's right off the interstate so you hear EVERY noise of the passing cars. If I could rate this hotel a 0 I would. Just horrible. The customer service wasn't horrible, but still not great. Just do yourself a favor and skip this one. Deff not worth it.

I stayed here because it was close to the hospital which i had to have surgery the next morning at 5:30 am. And i live over an hour away.The noise from the intersection was overwhelming. And me and my daughter had room 130 which was a nice comfortable room with clean and very comfortable beds. Around midnight or so the people that got the room next to ours room number 131 was so loud and a lot of screaming and yelling and could hear things being slammed against the wall. Keep us up all night. By around 4 am we finally didn't hear the noise from the other room. By that time we couldn't go to sleep cause it was time for us to get up to get dressed in order to be at the hospital by 5:30 am. So it was very upsetting to not be able to sleep all night. I did confront the guy at the front desk about it and he had already knew about it cause other people had complained about these 2 men. Apparently they were drunk or either on drugs and fighting with another man in front of the hotel. I wished I could get my money back. I do not suggest this hotel to anyone.
