my boyfriend and i are currently on a roadtrip across the country with our cat, and this spot stood out for not only being pet friendly but also fitting within our budget but even with the cheap prices our low expectations were still not even met. we were told the entire hotel is smoke free yet when we walked in we were overwhelmed by the aroma of chain smoking cigarettes, as if it were happening inside of our room right before we arrived. then while going to use the bathroom we noticed not only a hole in the ceiling but the hole was full of what looks like black mold. to top it all off, after 12 hours of driving and hoping for a good nights rest, we were met with the most stiff bed we have ever laid on in our lives, with pillows that are very deflated, worn, and lumpy. lastly to top it all off, when i woke up early in the AM looking to have a cup of coffee, i opened up the coffee machine in the room just to be met with an already used coffee filter along with used coffee in it that had been there for god knows how long. please heed our warning if you’re looking to stay here, it is not for the faint of heart.

Stained sheets and hair on the bedding. The sheets were aged as well. The pool was out of service. We would’ve laughed if there was other options available, but everything the area was sold out. I did go down to the front desk to let them know about my concerns they did offer us a discount and send someone up to immediately reservice the room. They did a good job at that time just not the best first impression.

This experience was poor from beginning to end. I booked a room that clearly stated it slept 5 only to be told those rooms were all sold out when I arrived. Then, I was given a room that already had an occupant! Imagine his - and my - surprise when I entered his room while was sleeping. When I spoke to the front desk staff, they assured me there was no one in that room, despite the fact that I had just met him. I was then put in another room where I found someone else's dirty laundry still in a drawer. The experience only got worse when I went to have "hot" breakfast in the morning, which amounted to a waffle maker and frozen eggs for me to heat up in a dirty microwave. On the positive side, the air conditioning worked and the water was clear.

Personally not for me. I won't be returning there. One of the things when we 1st got over there the require up to a $200 deposit that they don't advertise on booking.com, I was literally dumbfounded when they told me I have to pay an extra $100 for a deposit. When we got into the room I felt like I had to record before and after the stay so I could make sure to get my money back! Terrible! The bed was stiff and uncomfortable, and they didn't really clean the room very well.... One thing I definitely do is check is the cleanliness of the room!
